Mild edge creasing and three 1cm edge tears plus three tiny edge tears on the left edge, tiny piece has worn away from the left edge center, tiny edge tear on bottom edge, two tiny edge tears on the top edge, mild fold wear including a small wear hole on the center fold intersection of the right vertical fold line, light crease across top right corner section, surface has a few light wrinkles, Otherwise Very good!
