CONDITION :

Two extremely tiny tears on the top edge, extremely mild creasing on the left edge, 1 cm tear at the center of the bottom edge, a number has been written on the back of the center of the bottom edge in felt pen which has lightly bled through to the front, a couple of small grubby marks around the center of the bottom edge, extremely mild fold wear (note there are three horizontal fold lines), Otherwise Excellent!
