Two tiny tears and a few small white crease marks on the top edge, tiny piece torn from near the bottom of the right edge, extremely mild creasing on the right edge, tiny tear and moderate creasing on the bottom edge (heaviest on the right), several small white surface creases near both side edges (mostly central areas), a few small white surface creases just below the top edge, a little blu-tac grease/residue near each corner, otherwise good.
