Three tiny edge tears and mild creasing along the bottom edge, tiny brown stain spot on the bottom edge near the left corner, crease across bottom left corner, two tiny edge tears on the right edge, mild creasing on the top and left edges, two small tape adhesive residue squares on the left edge (top corner and edge of top horizontal fold line), pinhole near each corner with some fingermarks around them, light patch in the blue background near the top right corner (print error?), very mild fold wear, surface is lightly wrinkled, duplicate fold lines where it has been folded out of alignment, Otherwise Very Good.
