CONDITION :

1 cm tear and a tiny tear on the top edge, extremely tiny piece torn from the tip of the top right corner, tiny tear and a 1 cm tear on the bottom edge, small tear and a small crease on the left edge, 3 cm surface crease to the left of the top tagline, a couple of tiny white surface creases below the top edge, otherwise very good.
