Two 2cm edge tears on the top edge (one near each corner), four tiny edge tears also on the top edge along with some mild edge creasing, mild edge wear on the left edge, three small edge tears on the bottom edge, three tiny edge tears and mild edge wear on the right edge, some fold wear (stress marks on some of the fold lines and a tiny tear at a couple of the fold intersections), surface has a few light wrinkles, Otherwise Good.
