Approximately 8 small tears and heavy creasing at the bottom quarter of the right edge (largest tear is 1 cm), extremely mild edge wear on the remainder of the right edge, tiny crease at the bottom of the left edge, some faint vertical scuff lines to the right of the face, vertical (ish) band of small scuff lines from the D in the title up towards the center of the left edge, otherwise good.
