CONDITION :

2 cm tear at the center of the left edge (there maybe a tiny piece of paper loss within it), small patch of paper loss near the top of the left edge, 1 cm tear on the right edge with a small amount of paper loss at the tip (near top), four dark patches near the top edge.. possibly some kind of adhesive staining? (two are either side of the top of the right vertical fold line and another a few inches downward on the right vertical fold, plus the fourth is nearer the top right corner), Otherwise Very Good.
