Small crease across the top right corner, very mild creasing on the side edges, extremely tiny tear on the bottom edge, tiny fine light Brown liquid stain on the back of the top of the left edge and a couple small stain spots on the back near the top of the right edge (not noticeable on the front), otherwise very good.
