CONDITION :
1 cm tear and a tiny tear on the left edge (near the center of the edge), 3 cm light diagonal crease across the top right corner and a couple of similar sized creases to the left of it, two tiny tears and extremely mild creasing on the bottom edge, 3 cm light horizontal crease across the bottom left corner, otherwise excellent.
