CONDITION :
Some browning along the tip of the top edge right side (damp?) and a few spots along the bottom, large crease across the top right corner section, duplicate fold lines where it has been folded slightly out of alignment, a little dark print has transferred onto the top horizontal fold line, Otherwise Very good.
