CONDITION :

1cm edge tear plus two small edge tears on the top edge along with some moderate creasing, 1cm edge tear and two small edge tears on the right edge along with mild creasing, Mild creasing on the bottom and left edges, mild fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines and some creasing around the intersections), fold lines are not particularly straight, pinhole near both top corners (the one near the top right corner has torn a little), a couple of light grubby marks around the corners, surface is a little wrinkled, Otherwise Good.
