1 cm tear and four smaller tears on the top edge along with mild creasing, two tiny tears on the right edge, mild creasing/edge wear on the bottom edge, three extremely tiny tears on the left edge, small crease across the top left corner, a few small white surface crease marks near both side edges, otherwise very good.
