1 cm tear and very mild creasing on the left edge, very faint 18 cm diagonal crease across the top left corner, light creasing to the bottom corner tips, extremely mild edge wear around the center of the right edge, very mild fold wear including a small wear hole at the left fold intersection plus white stress marks on the fold lines, otherwise very good.
