Very mild creasing on the top edge, tiny spot of edge wear on the tip of the top right corner, a couple of extremely tiny creases on the bottom edge, 1 cm tear with surrounding creasing at the center of the left edge, some light surface creasing near the left edge including a couple of tiny white stress marks, 1 cm vertical surface crease above the credit furthest right, otherwise very good.
