Two tiny edge tears and some creasing to the bottom edge (near right corner), tiny edge tear and light creasing to the top edge (near left corner), faint grubby mark near the top left corner (possible finger mark), some small light surface creases near the side edges (a little dark print has transferred onto a couple of them), Otherwise Very Good.
