CONDITION :

Thin white strip of unprinted paper on the left edge (due to not been cut exactly to the guide marks), 3 cm tear on the bottom edge (near right corner), crease across the bottom right corner, a couple of extremely tiny tears and mild creasing on the top edge, several small white surface crease marks near both side edges, otherwise good.
