CONDITION :

Five extremely tiny tears and very mild creasing on the top edge, 10 cm fine horizontal dark print line just below the tip of the top edge (near right corner) and there is a 7 cm fine horizontal blue print error lines across the top right corner, extremely mild creasing on the left edge, mild edge wear on the right edge, blu-tac residue/grease on the back of every corner (the grease has lightly bled through to the front), very mild fold wear (note there are three horizontal fold lines), a little blue print has transferred onto the fold intersections of the right vertical fold line and also a little along the right half of the horizontal fold lines, Otherwise Very Good.
