Additional horizontal fold line near the bottom edge, additional vertical fold line near both side edges, tiny tear on the left edge, small tear on the bottom edge, two tiny tears and mild creasing on the right edge, five tiny tears on the top edge, three pinholes near each corner (a couple have torn slightly), two pinholes near the center of the top edge and one near the center of the bottom edge, surface is fairly creased along the bottom which has attracted some dark print, dark print has transferred onto some of the fold lines, a few light fingermarks around the edges, tiny blu-tac mark in the white background just left of the man on the ground near the bottom right corner, a couple of tiny blue print error lines around the bottom of the “A” in “ATTIC”, a number has been written on the back in black pen (only noticeable on the front if the poster is held up to the light / backlit), Otherwise Very Good.
