Dark Print has transferred onto the bottom right white corner section making it appear very grubby, thin plain white slither along the top edge (left) due to it being originally cut very slightly out of alignment, two tiny edge tears on the bottom edge, small crease across bottom right corner, very mild fold wear (tiny tear at the left and center fold intersections), Otherwise Very Good!!
