CONDITION :
Extremely mild creasing around the edges, extremely tiny tear and extremely mild edge wear around the center of the left edge, a couple of dark print speckles at the bottom of the left edge, very light creasing around a couple of the fold intersections (note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds), otherwise excellent!
