CONDITION :
Extremely tiny tear and mild creasing on the left edge (extremely tiny amount of paper loss at the edge of the tear), a couple of small white crease marks on the bottom edge, pinhole near the top of the right edge (has torn a little), mild fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines), a few light surface creases, the back of the fold lines and edges have yellowed slightly (not noticeable on the front), Otherwise Very Good!
