Mild edge wear and a couple of tiny edge tears on the left and bottom edges, mild edge wear on the right edge, a little yellowing along the bottom edge (right), Dark print has transferred onto the creases on and around the center horizontal fold line which is noticeable on the right side due to the white background, Mild fold wear, Otherwise Good.
