CONDITION :

Small patch of dark print around the top of the left edge, a couple of tiny tears and moderate creasing/edge wear on the left edge, small spot of dark print around the bottom left corner, mild edge wear/creasing on the right edge, some dark print has transferred onto and around the fold lines on the right, extremely mild fold wear, surface crease between the left and center vertical fold lines (just below the center horizontal fold line), a couple more surface creases around a couple of the fold intersections, Otherwise Very Good!
