Three tiny edge tears and mild creasing on the right edge, extremely mild creasing around the corners, mild fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines), 9 x 4 cm faint grease? mark on the back of the right edge (not noticeable on the front), light surface crease between the left and center vertical fold lines (just above the center horizontal fold line), Otherwise Very Good!
