Pinhole near the center of the left edge and another near the right edge (below center) both go through every page, patch of small Brown speckles of damp/liquid spots? Near the bottom edge on the front page, a few tiny faint speckles of damp near the top edge and right corners on the front and back pages, light creasing to the top edge and top right corner (through every page), otherwise good.
** note the booklet is four pages, which comprise of the front, back and inside spread of a single sheet machine folded in half. **
