CONDITION :

Edges and fold lines have yellowed, 5 small edge tears and mil creasing / edge wear on the left edge, mild creasing to the bottom right corner, pinhole near each corner, fold wear (heavy stress marks on and around the fold lines plus a small wear hole at the left fold intersection), some creasing around the fold lines due to it being folded out of alignment, a few small white surface crease marks, small white patch of print loss near the left edge, otherwise ok.
