CONDITION :
Extremely tiny tear on the right edge, three small tears on the bottom edge, tiny crease across the tip of the bottom left corner, 6 cm diagonal crease across the bottom right corner, light creasing around some of the fold intersections (note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds), otherwise excellent!
