CONDITION :

A couple of extremely tiny tears and mild creasing/edge wear on the right edge, creasing to the bottom right corner area, extremely tiny tear and mild creasing on the bottom edge, extremely mild creasing on the left and top edges, mild fold wear (some light stress marks on the folds and some additional creasing around some the fold intersections), title has been written on the back of the top edge in Biro which has slightly embossed the front, otherwise very good.
