CONDITION :

7 x 5 cm patch of Sellotape on the back of the top center which is reinforcing an 8 cm vertical tear down through the top center (the adhesive has obviously stained through to the front), extremely mild creasing on the bottom edge, light creasing around some of the fold intersections (note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds), some very light surface creasing near the side edges, otherwise good.
