CONDITION :

1 cm tear on the top edge (near left corner), approximately three tiny tears and mild creasing on the right edge, two small patches of blu-tac residue on the right edge (below center), small crease across the bottom right corner, some very light surface creasing around the bottom center, extremely mild creasing on the left edge, vertical band of creasing from top to bottom (going through the right edge of the E in the title), approximately 16 light horizontal creases from the left edge across to the E in the title (evenly spaced from top to bottom), otherwise good.
