2 cm diagonal crease and a smaller crease across the tip of the top right corner, a couple of tiny creases on the top edge, 1 cm tear along with a 2 cm diagonal crease and additional creasing on the bottom edge, 4 cm diagonal crease across the bottom right corner, very faint vertical crease from top to bottom near the left edge, a couple of tiny white surface creases near the left edge, very faint 9 cm diagonal indentation line just above the center of the credits block, otherwise very good!
