CONDITION :

2 cm tear and three slightly smaller tears on the left edge, extremely tiny piece torn from the left edge (just below the edge center at the end of the 2 cm tear), extremely tiny tear and mild creasing on the bottom edge, mild creasing on the right edge, duplicate fold lines where it has been folded slightly out of alignment, mild fold wear including two tiny wear holes around the center fold intersection on the left vertical fold line plus stress marks on all fold lines, tiny brownish stain spot a couple of inches inward of the top left corner, a couple of grubby print marks around both top corners, very slight yellowing to the fold lines, some surface creasing around the fold intersections (particularly between the top fold intersections on the left and center vertical fold lines and also around the top of the title lettering), six tiny staple holes near the top left corner, four tiny staple holes near the top right corner, the “AA” certificate appears to be a sticker (although I can’t feel any difference between the surrounding paper so possibly was stuck on the master before the print run?), Otherwise Very Good.
