CONDITION :

Approximately 12 small tears and moderate creasing/edge wear on the top edge, two 1 cm tears along with a couple of tiny tears and several small white crease marks on the bottom edge, some light surface creasing near the side edges including a few small white stress marks, tiny spot of print loss and a little blu-tac residue in the bottom black border (below the bottom fingernail), a little blu-tac grease/residue on the back of the corners, surface creasing just below the top edge, otherwise good.
