2cm edge tear and mild creasing on the left edge, mild creasing and light edge wear on the bottom edge with a little print loss, 2cm white vertical crease line on the top edge (near right corner) plus a few smaller white crease lines also on the top edge (near the left corner) and several tiny ones along the remainder of the top edge, a few small white surface creases near the right edge and a couple near the left edge, Otherwise Good.
