CONDITION :

1cm edge tear and four smaller tears on the top edge along with moderate creasing (mostly on the right), mild creasing on the bottom and left edges, numerous small surface creases near the side edges, very slight yellowing around the edges, small blu-tac mark near both top corners, a few light fingermarks along the top, otherwise okay.
