2 x 2 cm piece torn from the top right corner, 1 cm tear along with a couple of tiny tears and moderate/heavy creasing at the top quarter of the right edge, mild creasing on the left edge, approximately 8 horizontal 4 cm creases evenly spaced down the left edge, mild surface creasing near the top and bottom edges, otherwise good.
