Two extremely tiny tears and extremely mild creasing on the top edge, approximately 5 tiny tears and mild creasing on the bottom edge, 2 cm diagonal crease across the bottom right corner, 3 cm horizontal crease across the bottom left corner, several tiny white surface creases throughout the first 5 inches (12 cm) of the right of the poster (mostly within the central area of the building), a few tiny white surface creases near the left edge, tiny spot of print loss near the bottom left corner, very light diagonal crease from top to bottom (going down through the first letter of the title), otherwise good.
