CONDITION :

7 cm tear at the center of the right edge and a 5 cm tear below it, three tiny tears and moderate creasing also on the right edge, 30 cm and an 18 cm diagonal crease across the bottom right corner area, tiny tear and mild creasing on the top edge, 2 cm surface tear with surrounding creasing along with a tiny pinhole tear near the bottom of the left border, tiny surface tear with surrounding grey marks just above the center of the left border, patch of Brown tape adhesive staining on the back of the center of the right edge which has caused slight Browning on the front, several small white surface creases in the red background near the right edge, mild fold wear including additional creasing around the left vertical fold line along with some stress marks on some the fold lines, a couple of small white surface creases in the red background near the center of the left edge, otherwise very good.
