CONDITION :
The pressbook has very slightly yellowed with age (a little darker around the spines and edges), 1 cm tear along with a couple of tiny tears and moderate creasing to the right edge of the front page, very light creasing to the tips of the top corners, tiny faint Brown specks of damp around the bottom right corner and the right edge on the front page, small tear a few tiny Brown specks of damp on left edge of the back page, otherwise very good.
