CONDITION :

2cm edge tear and mild edge wear on the left edge including a little paper separation to the edge tip, extremely tiny edge tear on the bottom edge, light crease across bottom right corner, some white crease marks on the right edge and a little paper separation to the edge tip, two small white crease marks just right of the 48 and one above, a couple of tiny white crease marks near the “Murphy” credit and a couple more around the street light, some fold wear including a few tiny separations, Otherwise Good.
