3 to 4 pinholes near every corner and the center of every edge (a few have torn together), a couple of small creases on the top and bottom edges, light creasing to the bottom left corner, some surface creasing near both side edges (a little dark print has transferred onto some of the creasing near the left edge), otherwise good.
