CONDITION :

1 cm tear along with a couple of smaller tears and creasing around the center of the bottom edge, a couple of additional tiny tears and mild creasing on the remainder of the bottom edge, creasing around the bottom of all three fold lines including some tiny brownish scuff marks around the bottom of the left fold, very mild fold wear (note there are three vertical and three horizontal fold lines), a couple of small spots of blue print near the top of the left edge, tiny tear and very mild creasing on the top edge, three tiny spots of blue print near the top right corner, two tiny edge tears on the right edge, creasing around the bottom corners, additional vertical crease from top to bottom near the right edge, some additional light surface creasing near the right edge, a little blu-tac grease/residue near each corner, otherwise good.
