CONDITION :
Three tiny tears and very mild creasing on the top edge, small crease across both top corners, very slight Browning to the tip of the left edge, pinhole near each corner, very mild fold wear including a small tear at each of the three fold intersections on the center horizontal fold (slightly larger tear on the right intersection), some very light surface creasing/wrinkles throughout, the back of the right vertical fold line and the back of the right half of the center horizontal fold lines have browned slightly (only noticeable on the front if the poster is held up to the light / backlit), otherwise very good!
