CONDITION :

Three tiny tears and extremely mild edge wear on the top edge, approximately 3 extremely tiny tears and very mild edge wear at the top of the right edge, extremely tiny tear at the bottom of the right vertical fold line, extremely tiny tear and extremely mild edge wear on the left edge, light creasing to the left corner tips, 1 to 3 pinholes near every corner, small patch of tiny speckles of print loss near the top left corner, 4 cm diagonal crease and a smaller crease across the top left corner, light creasing around some of the fold intersections, otherwise very good!
