Two small edge tears on the left edge and one on the top edge, very mild edge wear, Blu-tac residue / grease stains on the back of the corners and edge centers (only really noticeable when held up to light), Small grey mark near the bottom edge (just left of the right fold line), Light finger marks around the corners, tiny tear on the left fold intersection, Otherwise Good!
