CONDITION :

1 cm tear at the center of the top edge, very mild creasing just below the top edge (mostly central), 3 cm diagonal crease across the top right corner, tiny tear at the center of the right edge, 1 cm tear and four tiny tears on the bottom edge along with mild creasing, 9 cm diagonal crease across the bottom left corner, 1 cm tear at the center of the left edge, pinhole near both left corners, three pinholes near the top right corner and five pinholes near the bottom right corner (some of these have torn together), very mild fold wear (additional creasing around the right vertical fold and some the intersections), otherwise very good!
