CONDITION :

Tiny piece from torn from the tip of the bottom left corner, tiny crease across the tip of the top left corner, extremely mild creasing on the bottom edge, a couple of extremely tiny creases on the side edges, mild fold wear (white stress marks on the fold lines and creasing around the center intersection), a couple tiny embossed dots below the window, a few light surface wrinkles throughout, otherwise good.
