CONDITION :

5 cm diagonal tear on the right edge (below center) this tape has acid free tape on the back, 1 cm tear near the top of the right edge, a couple of extremely tiny tears and extremely mild creasing on the bottom edge (near left corner), light creasing around some of the fold intersections (note there are three horizontal and three vertical folds), otherwise very good!!
