Extremely mild creasing on the bottom edge, tiny crease across the tip of the top left corner, extremely mild edge wear at the center of the left edge, additional vertical fold line immediately next to each of the three main vertical fold’s (due to being folded out of alignment and refolded), mild fold wear (white stress marks on the fold lines and around the intersections, otherwise very good.
